PLEASE READ CAREFULLY INFORMATION AND RULES

Exhibition Timing open to all approx. will be 11:00 am to 9:00 pm max by 10:00 pm we shall vacant

For setup of the Exhibition booths we shall get the Hall on Saturday 21 Oct tentative 6 pm.

Rent of the stall is Rs. 3500 to be paid in physical meeting, which shall be informed later.

The Stall size is yet to be finalized ,mostly 3 x 2 meters

When you arrive, you will receive identification badges at the registration table. We provide identification badges as a security measure. You must wear them at all times. Do not give id badges to anyone not working the show with you.

All booths must be set up 30 minutes before the show. You must notify us in advance if you cannot be set up by that time. No refund or roll over for “no shows”. Your space will be reassigned.

We have volunteers during the show. But keep your one person always in your stall. Management is not responsible for merchandise missing from any booth during set up hours and show hours

All exhibitors must remain inside the lines of their booths. The aisles must remain completely clear. This will be strictly enforced. Table covers must reach the floor - all boxes must be out of sight.

After unloading merchandise, you must promptly move your vehicles from the loading areas. All exhibitors must park in designated parking areas. No parking in front of the building even during unloading. All loading and unloading are to be done by exhibitors

Do not remove tables from another space. If the tables you requested are not in your space, notify a staff member.

Chairs - 2 chairs are provided.

Light - 2 or 3 lamps depending on the stall size will be given

Electrical point - a power strip with 2 sockets and switch shall be provided

Extra exhibition material is available, like stands and display racks at additional cost. Please inquire with the exhibition coordinator.

Exhibitors are required to charge state gst taxes and file with the appropriate state in accordance with their rules and regulations.

In case of disputes, the exhibition coordinator has the final word. Failure to follow any of the above rules may result in suspension from future exhibition.

Pets are not allowed in the building.

Only packed food will be allowed in the hall to be sold.

Eating is not allowed in the Hall.
